Secret Weapon.

After the last drift event, seeing the footage and everything, what I had previously thought was VERY sideways actually turned out not to be much angle at all.  So I enlisted the help of my friend Matt Pollock to fab me up some knuckles.  I've read about many people that have modded knuckles, and I've only heard good things.  And honestly this is the best mod I have thus far done to the car, definitely is able to hold some outrageous angle.  I will update with some videos of the last event as I can find them.

New Skirts.

My Sideshow skirts from Planet Miata! Installed and ready to rock!

UGHHHHH!!!

So mega stupidness...I HAD to get that extra 1/4 crank in....and this is the result after snapping a lugnut in half....with the wheel still being held on.  /Hatred.

Front Bumper Solutions.

So I had to do an alignment the other day, and decided the front bumper really gets in the way of things.  I needed a quick way to get it off and on (which would also come in handy if I happened to hit something).  So I got some PW:JDM bumper ties and threw them on, worked out rather nicely.  Bumper comes off in about 20 seconds.

Rollbar madness

I scored an older hard dog roll bar off the forums for about 300 bucks, sans harness bar but still a steal considering the new HDHCHT bars go for 550 plus shipping!  So I took it, and later on ended up doing some prep work to it and finally painted it.  But to solve my harness dilemma I just bought a piece of DOM tubing, drilled a couple holes and viola. harness bar.

Keepin' It Hood.

So my buddy Derek Kloog (siopaoslide) hooked it up with some locking hood pins, so I got at it with the cutting wheel.  Carnage ensued.  Also took the tow hook from my 85 celica and threw it on, works nicely.

Don't have any finished pictures from that day, but they'll pop up in the following pictures.
